Instructions for Creating A New Website Account
  • Pick a USERNAME that's both easy to remember and easy to type since this will be
    your login name. The preferred form to use for USERNAME is: <firstname>.<lastname>

    Example: A user named Susan Derth would pick the username: susan.derth


  • Make a note of the User Name and Email Address you enter for your account.
    If you have trouble this information will help us get you activated as quickly as possible.
  • Please do not create multiple accounts.
    If you are having trouble please contact us for assistance at (512) 334-1640.
  • Items marked with a red arrow red arrow are required.
    Your information will not be shared.  This information is required for earning Continuing Education credits.
  • A valid, working email address is required.
    Email is used for administrative purposes (such as sending password reminders).
    Your email address will not be shared or publicly displayed on the website.

*Note: Membership to this portal is Public. Once your account information has been submitted, you will be immediately granted access to the portal environment. All fields marked with a red arrow are required.
